Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Rachel C Bonnett Photography LLC. To reserve your wedding date, a signed agreement and $500 non-refundable retainer are required. Your date is not secured until both are completed. The retainer applies toward your total balance. The remaining balance is due no later than one calendar day before the wedding. Late payments may incur a $50 per day fee, and unpaid balances may result in canceled services without refund. All payments are non-refundable. Date transfers are only allowed if I am available and at least 60 days written notice is provided. Coverage follows the selected package and agreed timeline. Delays, venue restrictions, poor lighting, or guest interference may affect coverage. Events over four hours require a vendor meal. Edited images are delivered within eight weeks. Galleries remain active for an unlimited amount of time, and clients are responsible for downloading images before expiration.
