Celebrate Your Story Capture the start of your forever with a relaxed, joyful engagement session. I guide you every step of the way-no stiff poses, just genuine moments and beautiful light. What's Included: • Up to 1 hour of on-location photography (within 30 miles of Oxford, AL) • All your best, fully edited images (typically 40-70) • Unlimited online gallery (no expiration) • Personalized USB with every image • Full print rights • Planning consult for location & styling Booking is easy: Reserve your date with your entire payment. After booking, we'll connect to plan your dream session! Limited sessions available-book early to secure your spot!
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy To secure your wedding date (or engagement session), a signed contract and non-refundable deposit are required 25% deposit. Bookings are confirmed only after both the contract and deposit are received. All inquiries are handled personally by Rachel, with prompt, friendly communication from your first message to final delivery. The booking process: inquire → receive a personalized response and booking link → sign contract via HoneyBook → pay deposit → schedule engagement session (if included). Travel fees apply: $100 per hour for events more than 2 hours from Oxford, AL (zip 36201), and a double hotel room is required for events over 200 miles away. Cancellations are non-refundable. Rescheduling is possible if your new date is available. If weather or emergencies require a change, your session may be moved indoors or postponed within your contract period. All clients must review and sign the contract, which covers payment, copyright, liability, and other important terms.
